Twenty-one on the 21st
(Feb '09)A big THANK YOU to you girls for celebrating my birthday with me. Sorry if the plan to go sentosa had to be cancelled. oh wells, it just had to rain. but it was nice catching up with them =)
21years ive been living in this world. in about ten years time im gonna be hitting the big 3-0. that is another bigger step. up to date, i wouldnt say that i have achieved everything i want. theres still more to come in my way. but whats most important is that ive made my parents proud. they have seen me grow from a small lil girl to a working young adult now =) i hope in 5 years time i am able to support them and to repay back the kindness they have given me all this years.
this time round, im not going to indulge in self-pity anymore. ive learnt to stand up on my own two feet, with the help of those around me. i want to change for the better. its about time i think more about myself than about others.
