GENTARASA 2009 - 13 June '09

Me and the sisters decided to catch this production at NYP after watching the advertisement on Suria, titled Bapak Borek, Anak Cerdik! quite a hilarious show especially with Khairudin Samsudin and Suhaimi Yusof as the storytellers. the turnout was not bad and i think the whole auditorium is almost full. i think so only laa.

ANDAND... guess what? GUESS!!! guess who else is in the play?

ZOMBIE!!!!!!!!!!!!! YES!! ZOMBIE!! i was like asking my sis to capture as many pictures of him as possible, unfortunately most turned out blurry. argh, wasted. i was excited seeing him. very very excited okay! hes doing the malay dance. *smiles*

after which, headed down to bishan mac to eat for awhile. then home sweeeet home.

VIVO - HANNAH MONTANA: THE MOVIE
(21 June '09)

this mentel here has been pestering us to watch this movie. so ive decided to bring her and nabilah as well since its the June holidays. i was surprised that theres no night slots! most of the slots are in the afternoon and only one timing. the only choice left is at vivo, 6pm. so i hafto rush down from yck to harbourfront. it was so rushing, but luckily i didnt miss anything. woohoo.

i would rate the movie 3.5/5 popcorns. i know im 21 but i still do watch Hannah Montana's series on disney channel okay! very entertaining especially on lazy weekends. always make me laugh. anyway, the movie was so nice! there are some parts that are quite touching, like when miley and her dad sang together. oh! and yeap, Lucas Till is hawt especially when he smiles. woohoooo. =)

then went to the rooftop to take some pictures. mind you i was very tired already. and the next day is a working day somemore. but i just follow their karenah. luckily we reached home around 10plus. sempat nk main laptop. hahaha!

very funny lah this girl! she freaked out all the way from the rooftop to forever21 to get a new bottom. hahaha. cost me 33bux okay! i still can remember her freak-out face. hehee.

and so last friday was officially my last day working in LTA. i didnt know that i lasted quite long working there. although it has been only 7mths, i kinda enjoyed my time there. the colleagues are nice and my bosses were great. i will always remember the good times there and the useful advices that each and every one of them had given me.

it was kinda rushing for them and for me because we dont really know when i was going to leave. fyi, my contract has been extended till november but i am able to leave once i got a better job. so in a way, i will only need to give 2 days advance notice if i wanna resign. so last tuesday, i received an offer for a new job (i'll get back to that later). informed my boss and he was glad for me =) didnt have to tell the rest because i guess my boss has already told them. and yeap they too are happy because they know ive been wanting to get to this industry.

so my boss held a mini farewell lunch for me and the other temp staff (who is leaving next week) on friday. we had pizza, sushi and some fingerfoods. i was awfully quiet on that day. maybe because it was finally my last day there =(

and they were nice to give me some gifts. angela, karen and sherlyn gave me a mug and some stationaries. vincent and yew fai were so nice to give me a mousepad and a soft toy each!! so cute lah they all..

ive never experienced this kind of warm environment whereby the colleagues and the boss are so nice to me. a boss who constantly gives me advice and encouragemnet. i still remember how he taught me and corrine the steps to go through interviews. because that day he was free and we have nothing much to do anyway. best kan?

VINCENT! hahha. eh now his hair not centre-parting alrdy. now is... err i also dunnoe what hairstyle la but for sure its not the same. haha. just by looking at him you can tell hes a funny person. recently we share stories on magic tricks! haha. he will gave me videos and links of david copperfield and ask me to watch axn for the reveal of magic tricks. funny right? mcm2 ehh..

so, what is the new job that ive got? well.. ive received an offer to work with marymount centre as a student care teacher. wow, finally... syukur alhamdulilah for this offer. im starting the new job tomorrow and i cant wait to try something new. a total new experience for me =)

btw regarding the entry about the new temp staff, ive already deleted it. he wasnt that bad la actually! haha. and no, he doesnt have internet access, its forums hes reading, clever of him to get to that page!
